Όροι ενοικίασης
- Ηλικία Οδηγού: Τουλάχιστον 23 ετών για τα Οικονομικά και Μεσαία αυτοκίνητα. 25 ετών για SUVs, Vans, Οικογενειακά και Μεγάλα.
- Δίπλωμα οδήγησης: Ο οδηγός πρέπει να ;είναι κάτοχος έγκυρης άδειας οδήγησης, η οποία να έχει εκδοθεί τουλάχιστον 12 μήνες πριν από την ημερομηνία ενοικίασης.
- Πληρωμή: Μπορείτε να κλείσετε το αυτοκίνητό σας και να πληρώσετε όταν ξεκινήσετε την ενοικίαση σας. Το κόστος ενοικίασης καταβάλλεται όταν οι πελάτες ξεκινήσουν την ενοικίαση.
- Καύσιμα: Πληρόνονται από τον ενοικιαστή ο οποίος είναι υποχρεωμένος να επιστρέψει το όχημα με τη δεξαμενή καυσίμου στο ίδιο επίπεδο που τη παρέλαβε (Δίκαια Πολιτική Καυσίμου).
- Ελάχιστη χρέωση ενοικίασης: Μία ημέρα (πρωί έως βράδυ).
- Cancellations: SunRise rentals allow you to cancel your reservation at the last minute. In order to better serve Sunrise rentals customers, we kindly ask you that the cancellation was made at least 5 days earlier of the start of the rental. In the event that the customer has given a down payment for the rental, the amount is refunded to 50%, 15 days after the cancellation.
- Traffic fines: All traffic fines that occurred during the rental period are paid by the customer.
- Lost keys: In case of car key loss, we provide the customer with the 2nd key of the vehicle. The customer is obliged to pay for the reissue of the key, which may cost from 150 to 250 euro depending on the key type.
- Shipping of vehicles: It is only allowed if SunRise rentals authorizes in writing.
- Car drop-off: The customer is obliged to return the vehicle at the exact time that is written on the contract. Over 1h delay will be charged 5euro/hour, and for more than 5h delay an extra day will be charged.
- Other: The following damages will be charged directly to the customer: broken radios/mp3/usb ports etc, ashtrays, baby seats / boosters, fuel differences, broken car indicators, levers, torn seats. It is the customers responsibility to use the vehicle in the most appropriate way.
- Different location Pick up/Drop off: There is an extra charge for picking up or dropping off the car to a different location outside of Heraklion area. Examples: For Rethymno and Agios Nikolaos the cost is 15 € per itinerary and for Chania the cost is 20 € per itinerary.
- Car type: Our priority is to provide you with the car you have chosen through our website. If this is not possible and always in consultation with you, we provide you with a similar car. All of our cars are new and perfectly maintained.

- Full coverage against Fire, Theft (not personal belongings), Broken glasses, Mirrors, Tires not caused by the renter.

- Change of car in case of mechanical breakdown.
How to find us

Heraklion Airport / Chania Airport: If you start your rental at Heraklion Airport, the Sunrise rentals representative will be waiting for you at the Arrivals lobby (after you claim your luggage) to show you to your car.
Car deliveries and returns are also made at Heraklion airport Municipal car Parking, located 50 meters opposite the airport. Similarly car deliveries and returns at Chania airport are also made at Greece Air Parking which is located 300 meters before the airport.
Note: For your proper service, it is important to inform us about your arrival details, that is your flight number and time of arrival. - Heraklion / Chania / Rethymnon Port Areas: Car deliveries to the port of Heraklion, Chania, Rethymnon are made in the port area. Our representative will be waiting for you as soon as you arrive (on the docking place) to deliver you the car. For that reason, we would like you to inform us of all the details of your arrival, name of the ferry, arrival time and your mobile phone number.
- Heraklion City and area: You can find us at our Head office located at Heraklion City center on 46, 25is Avgoustou Street during office hours (8am to 21pm). We can deliver the car at a place of your convenience (hotel, accommodation etc) after contacting with us.
- Chania / Rethymnon / Agios Nikolaos Town areas: We can deliver the car at a place of your convenience (hotel, accommodation etc) after contacting with us.
Payment methods
- Payment with cash upon your arrival. You can book your car and pay at the start of your rental. No deposit and no credit card are required.
- We accept all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Maestro.
- Pay with PayPal.
- Bank deposit directly to our bank account. Contact us for more information.
